Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using Postoir, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Postoir on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Postoir is a social media management platform that helps you create, schedule, publish, and analyze content across connected social platforms, with optional AI-assisted generation features.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time. Where a change materially reduces paid functionality, we will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and account activity.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
• Notify us promptly at support@postoir.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Features and content are organized by workspace. Organization owners and admins control membership, roles, connected platform accounts, billing, and content permissions.

You are responsible for content and actions taken by users you invite into your organization.

When you connect accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, or others, you authorize Postoir to act on your behalf with the permissions you grant (for example publishing or reading insights).

• You must comply with each platform's terms, policies, and community guidelines.
• Platform APIs can change, rate-limit, or revoke access without notice.
• We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy enforcement, or account restrictions imposed by those platforms.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create in Postoir. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service (including scheduling and publishing to platforms you select).

You represent that your content and publishing activity:

• do not infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• are not unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful;
• comply with applicable advertising and disclosure rules.

AI features may produce suggestions, copy, variants, or images. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published.

Do not use AI features to generate unlawful content, spam, or material that violates third-party platform rules.

Paid plans, add-ons, and credit-based usage (where offered) are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your billing portal. Taxes may apply.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Unused credits may expire according to the plan terms displayed at purchase.
• Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

You may not:

• abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service;
• attempt to access other customers' data without authorization;
• use the service for spam, malware, scraping abuse, or coordinated inauthentic behavior;
• resell or redistribute the service except as expressly permitted;
• circumvent usage limits, security controls, or billing mechanisms.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party dependencies, and events beyond our control may affect access.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTOIR IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postoir and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of the service.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time through billing settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk of harm or legal exposure, or fail to pay fees when due. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends, subject to any data export options we make available and our retention obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
