This Policy applies to personal information processed through Postoir's websites, applications, APIs, and related services. It does not cover third-party social platforms you connect (such as Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok), which have their own privacy policies.

We collect information in these categories:

• Account data - name, email address, password hashes or authentication identifiers, organization membership, and role.
• Billing data - plan selection, invoices, and payment metadata processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Content & media - posts, prompts, campaigns, media files, schedules, and related metadata you create or upload.
• Connected accounts - OAuth tokens, account IDs, page/profile identifiers, and permissions you grant for publishing or analytics.
• Usage & device data - IP address, browser/user agent, approximate location derived from IP, product analytics events, and diagnostic logs.
• Support communications - messages you send via email or our contact form.

We use personal information to:

• provide, secure, and maintain the service;
• authenticate users and manage organizations and permissions;
• connect to social platforms and publish or retrieve content you request;
• process subscriptions, credits, and invoices;
• operate AI features you choose to use (using the inputs you provide);
• send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing);
• monitor abuse, debug issues, and improve product quality;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on:

• Consent - where required (for example certain cookies or optional marketing);

• Service providers - hosting, storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and AI infrastructure under contractual confidentiality and processing terms;
• Social platforms - when you connect an account and instruct us to publish or fetch data;
• Organization members - users in your workspace may see shared content, campaigns, and connected accounts according to roles;
• Legal & safety - when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service;
• Business transfers - in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may process data in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms for cross-border transfers.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After deletion or account closure, we may retain limited information for:

• legal, tax, and accounting requirements;
• dispute resolution and enforcement of agreements;
• security and fraud prevention (for a limited period);
• backups that rotate out on a scheduled basis.

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use strong unique passwords and enable available account protections.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Postoir is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will revise the "Last updated" date and, when changes are material, provide additional notice as appropriate. Continued use of the service after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
