Business or Creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page. Personal profiles are not supported by Instagram's publishing API.
Can I post text-only updates?
No. Instagram requires at least one media item. Use a single image, a carousel, or a video (published as a Reel).
Does Postoir support Instagram Stories?
Not yet. Today we support feed images, carousels, and video Reels. Stories are on the roadmap.
How do carousels and Reels work?
Carousels accept 2-10 images in order. A single video post is published as a Reel.
Are there API rate limits?
Yes - Instagram enforces limits (~25 posts per day per account). Postoir respects the platform's processing and publishing rules.
